User Data Deletion Request

In accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and Meta API Developer Policies, Lumina Dental provides our users with the "Right to be Forgotten." If you have booked an appointment on our website and wish for your personal identifiable information (PII) to be permanently wiped from our databases, you may submit a request.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the complete deletion of your data (including your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Booking History), please send an email from the email address you used to book your appointment with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

What Happens Next?

Our system administrator will locate your profile in our MySQL database.
Your record will be completely erased from our active servers within 7 business days.
You will receive one final confirmation email stating that your data has been permanently destroyed.
You will no longer receive automated WhatsApp reminders or emails.

Please Note: If you are a current patient who has received physical medical treatment at our clinic, local health regulations may require us to securely retain your offline medical charts for a legally mandated period, superseding digital deletion requests.
