When you use our automated booking engine, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Lumina Dental reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if the provided information is invalid.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee applied to your patient account.
By submitting your phone number and email address through our booking engine, you expressly consent to receive transactional communications from Lumina Dental, including email receipts and WhatsApp reminders via the Meta Cloud API.
In no event shall Lumina Dental, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
